What I liked
The storytelling throughout gave it a distinctly theatrical feel. There was a wonderful overarching narrative that slowly revealed the character’s inner psyche as the show unfolded. It struck the perfect balance between comedic bits and thoughtful acting.
What I didn't like
I would love to know even more about the characters backstory. I feel we got super close to understanding the tortured artist but the rug was pulled away.
My overall impression
I really enjoyed the format! It was extremely engaging, and the smart writing kept me on my toes. I laughed constantly, but there were also plenty of moments that felt genuinely honest, brought to life by wonderful acting. She’s a star. Highly recommend!
