What I liked

The stage work by Olga is fluid, touching. (Kudos to her director and choreographer.) Her quick change of character from one character to the other is wonderful. Good amounts of humor precisely delivered keeps the story flowing forward.

What I didn't like

I saw a preview performance where more than half the seats were full. The only “improvement” I could hope for would be all the seats full for the remainder of her performances.

My overall impression

This is the kind of show that every Fringe Festival should aspire to have on its roster. A raw, honest, courageous telling of an original story with depth and insight, beautifully told by an expert storyteller. It’s delivered with conviction, humor and a compelling honesty by the very talented Olga Konstantulakis, who doesn’t miss a beat in this solo performance. From beginning to end it’s lean, to the point, no wasted moments, no fluff, all power. I’ll be seeing this again. The bar is set high for LA Fringe 2026. Don’t miss this show!
