I highly recommend Becoming Apparent! Stellar performance and I really enjoyed the writing. I was very engaged with the story and the various characters Olga performed, especially the young girl character. It was a very emotionally and physically filled performance. I found myself laughing at some moments, and then found myself fighting back tears. A few women in the audience could not contain their tears. It was powerful. It reminded me how different men are from women, and how I will never know the deep experiences a woman goes through in ‘becoming apparent.’ Highly recommend!

Becoming Apparent is wonderful from start to finish. Not one word out of place, every movement was so beautifully executed that I became transported into Olga Konstantulakis' painful childhood. Olga is a gifted storyteller and performer. ...

Olga Konstantulakis is a revelation. Becoming Apparent is a beautiful show. The writing is lovely and it became abundantly clear why there was a choreographer involved within minutes. Konstantulakis uses every bit of space available to her on stage. Her work was powerful and engaging. ...

Fringe is not yet over, but I think this may be my favorite show so far. Artfully executed, this solo show showcases a performer who truly understands the assignment of owning the stage and telling a story with her whole body and voice. Truly becoming each character, unraveling a tale in a non-linear but deeply spellbinding way, this artist covered so much emotional ground, it left me breathless. ...

Very honest and so touching, this show made me cry. Olga is incredibly talented and engaging. She creates a quilt of characters who, pieced beautifully together, make a story that will stay with you for quite a while. Don't miss this show! ...

Olga’s work here is gorgeous. Raw, gut-wrenching, ultimately hopeful. Interweaving the past & present seamlessly.
Between her incredible writing and magical performance, I was transported along with her. Relating in a way only a mother can.
Especially a mother who has her own passion and purpose way before children come into the picture.
Also relating to her family dynamic of immigrant parents with a deep pride in cultural heritage and faith. . . and a childhood filled with wonderful awe, but fraught with uncertainty.
I am truly inspired by what I witnessed. Olga is a consummate artist. ...

What a lovely piece of work!...Olga has done a beautiful job of carefully delineating the characters in her life, including her parents, herself as a child, and many others...the show has a non-linear structure that surprises and compels...Her performance is filled w/virtuosity, as she speaks Greek, uses various accents and the full gamut of emotion, and incredible dexterity and flexibility physically, as the show has great musicality and is almost like a dance...It is funny and moving, and manages all of this in a tight 60 minutes...Well written and directed......

A must see - one of the most powerful shows I have seen not just at the Fringe, but anywhere. Olga Konstantulakis is a fearless, magnificent performer who leaves it all on the stage. The entire human experience in 60 minutes. An absolutely inspired and inspiring show. ...
