What I liked
I liked that Sam’s country character, did not feel like a character, but like a real person and like an extension of her. Great costuming, makeup as well. Great use of sound. So fun. Love the board as well.

My overall impression
Such a funny show that provided an abstracted yet truthful feeling portrayal of real life experiences. Getting a taste of what Sam’s “day in the life” in Mississippi was like was both delightful and at times sobering. It really inspired me to the possibilities of an autobiographical show. At the end of the day, this is a girl who always brings the party and I felt that throughout, even when the subject matter became more serious. I think this is a very special show. I will watch this one again.
