What I liked

The script is tight, juicy and well paced. The dialogue sparkles with wit, subtext and psychological insight. The actors are wonderfully cast. Emily’s wonderfully expressive eyes are the star of the show, and allow us to experience each new disclosure and clue along with her. Her world weariness, empathy and controlled anxiety were all clear through her understated, grounded acting. Lucas was also brilliant. He brought charm, gravity and nonchalance to a mysterious character. Their back and forth was sometimes warm, sometimes uncomfortable, and always interesting.
I was entertained and in suspense the whole time.

What I didn't like

Nothing. More people need to see it.

My overall impression

A masterfully written thriller with excellent performances. I forgot I was in a black box theater and felt genuinely unsettled by the eerie tone and pacing. Perfect for anyone who likes crime dramas, mysteries or psychological horror. Brilliant storytelling all around.
