What I liked
The setup was brilliant to have this story unfold in a crisis call-center. All 3 actors felt rooted in reality but each carried an untold backstory that made you lean deeper into the mystery.
What I didn't like
No notes.
My overall impression
On The Line was compelling from the opening moment. The script would allow you to almost catch up to this unfolding mystery and then surprise you with another unexpected twist. Jeff, Emily, and Lucas were riveting and believable.
