What I liked

The acting was truly incredible in this show. Both lead characters brought such realistic energy to this role. The moment right as he attempts to attack her before they’re interrupted is SO well done, I felt the fear in my seat. The lighting and audio add to the overall atmosphere in a really great way.

What I didn't like

I did leave the theater questioning why exactly they kept up the facade as the main character was trying to escape in that final moment (if it was only the men and her, what was the point of pretending any longer?). But honestly, the final scene was so good and such a fun final twist, this was a pretty minor question.

My overall impression

ON THE LINE was an endlessly entertaining hour of tension stuck with these two characters inside a crisis call center. The acting was phenomenal and the writing snappy, really roping the audience in and letting them feel the fear alongside the main character.
