Kickball the Musical

So, it's good... Really good... What's funny too is the amount of people in the audience that you can hear turn to one another in real time and say things like "wow...this is actually pretty good..." During scene changes. It's like people are really enjoying themselves and then they're also blown away by how much they're enjoying it? 10/10 for comedy musical fans 0/10 for actually following the rules of a game of kickball. Like Grease if the cast were hotter. Honestly, even a few days after seeing it, I find myself thinking of some of the jokes or remembering how a few of the songs went. I feel like that's bigger praise than anything else really. ... full review

It was SUCH a good time! The humor was nonstop and it's honestly insane how this tiny sketch team pulled it all off. I saw it twice and it was just as funny the second time. Great writing, great performances, a great time!... full review

Feel-good musical of the year. This show was packed with jokes. If clever lyrics aren't enough for you, it's also a wholesome story about friendship and being true to yourself. The joy and energy from the cast was contagious. Every character delivered. 'Co-captain A' gave a particularly sharp performance. ... full review

I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. I absolutely loved Kickball the Musical. The cast was incredibly talented, the energy was contagious, and the show had me smiling from start to finish. It was funny, clever, and packed with heart. The time flew by, which is always a sign of a great performance!  I walked out of the theater hoping I'll get to see this talented group perform again soon. ... full review
