What I liked

Adam’s performance is astounding and the level of energy, focus, commitment, and physical strength required for this role is tremendous. And to carry the audience through such a twisted tale, with that much energy expended, holding their attention with what is sometimes quiet and patient… Well done! I thought the use of lighting and sound really helped build the atmosphere and support the storytelling.

What I didn't like

It’s a show that requires an intimate space, in its current form, so not a criticism… but if it moved to a larger space, one might consider mic’ing Adam or finding a way to project more in that character. But it’s so filmic and beautiful, I’d almost prefer it remain intimate (or maybe a film?).

My overall impression

Adam’s commitment to inhabiting Conrad (and what inhabits Conrad) is a marvel. Such a beautiful study of focus and stillness, with these bursts of the kinetic energy which pules through you. A truly haunting show that will make your skin crawl.
