Goody

What I liked

I loved that this was a series of clown games with a loose structure, with Elena riding the play moment by moment based off what the audience gives her (whether that’s words, trinkets, or just energy/vibes). She’s so quick and clever and clearly very skilled with improvisation and character. “Goody” is such a goofy simple premise, and Elena invites us to play with her and this premise over the course of an hour. The time flies by! Such a fun night at the theater!! Go see it!

Ridiculous! Goofy as hell! Hilarious!! Please do yourself a favor and acquaint yourself with the comedic powerhouse that is Elena Martinez right away.
