What I liked
The acting was phenomenal. The directing was well done despite the limitations of the space. The simplicity is what makes this show a strong fringe show.
What I didn't like
Im wondering what this piece would look/sound like in a more intimate space. I don’t think this space was best for this play however I think the director used the limitations to his advantage.
My overall impression
A tour de force in acting, especially Tom. 75 minutes of embodiment, commitment and clarity. There’s a lot of nuance in the writing and in the web of relationships between the 3 characters. These are the type of actors that directors want to work with and wish more actors were like; it’s evident in their performances, embodiment and execution.
