What I liked
For me, the specificity of the dialogue was totally arresting and kept me on the edge of my seat. There are many stand out lines, as well as handful of moments that are bodily heart-warming, physically uncomfortable, or just outright moving. Brilliantly conceived.
What I didn't like
I don’t want to color my review by nitpicking problems.
My overall impression
Phenomenal theater. The show holds your attention with sheer dynamism for the duration of the 60 minutes. The characters are well-fleshed out and authentic. They are familiar but not remotely cliche. They are terrifically inhabited by the cast; the acting was a standout element, which is a lot to say about a show so expertly directed and with such exciting, original writing. Full of laughs which never compromise the poignant and meaningful moments which punctuate the show.
