What I liked
Jess brought us through a complicated history (her own and Joan’s) with so much clarity. The lights and blocking are simple and always serve a purpose and land an emotional beat. It’s not easy to make history feel alive and Jess does it so well.

My overall impression
What a show! Incredibly well written and performed. I felt very seen by Jess AND Joan. This is like if a ted talk, a diary entry and fleabag were all rolled into one.
