Our Ladies of Sorrow by Romeo Maybrier is the 2024 winner of Full Circle Players’ Emerging Voices New Play Festival, and was the 2025 Festival’s Featured Play. Now, it will have its World Premiere at the Hollywood Fringe 2026! Featuring Shakespeare’s tragic heroines Ophelia, Desdemona, Juliet, Cordelia, and Lavinia, this play explores the inner words of these iconic Ladies, as they confront their grief, anger, sorrow, trauma, and love.
