I really enjoyed all of the technical elements and the scene transitions. It gave the show an energy that a one person show can sometimes lack.
What I didn't like
I think pacing in the beginning was very fast but McKinnon found his grove as the show continued. I could see McKinnon fall into the character as the show unfolded and I think that is something that will naturally occur from the beginning the more he performs the show.
My overall impression
6 Out Of 10 is an incredibly vulnerable and compelling story! The show was full of humor and heart and I was so impressed by McKinnon’s ability to take his past trauma and turn it into an inspiring story of self-discovery.
