What I liked
Vickie’s performance was so endearing and funny! The costumes and props were very fun, set the tone of the show and got us into each character Vickie was playing. The graphics and videos were hilarious and weird and very well-executed. I definitely wanted more and would love to see this show developed further!
What I didn't like
I think the story could be tightened a little and leave audiences with one message- I left thinking it was very entertaining, but not quite sure what the takeaway was.
My overall impression
Vickie has a very clear voice and performance style and pulled off a lot in this solo show! It was funny and engaging, both over the top and grounded, and told a story with a clear POV that felt fresh and unique. I would absolutely recommend seeing this show!
