What I liked
There are killer lines throughout. Julia is so funny when she’s pissed at someone and I’m going to remember her two word takedown of a musical theater guy and the line “He was from New England, which at that time in my life I found very attractive” for a while. The song “Sick Boy.”
What I didn't like
Sometimes it’s harder to understand the lyrics when she’s using the voice synth but that may have been a preview thing.
My overall impression
Witty solo musical about wanting a boyfriend to the point of crazy and beyond. Great singing with laugh-out-loud funny moments.
