What I liked
The performance was vulnerable and poignant. It was elevated by the fantastic score and light design.
What I didn't like
I would have loved to watch Raja perform some moments in Arabic even though I don’t understand it!
My overall impression
This was an extremely powerful and raw performance that deserves to be not just seen but also felt. Raja takes us deep into the heart of his lived experience as a third-generation Palestinian refugee. I am so grateful that this piece of theater exists in the world at this time — please go watch it!
