What I liked
The costume design was INCREDIBLE. As a frequent flyer at the St. George, UT Costco, I have seen my fair share of sister wives. Marta and Co. nailed the costumes and hair. Truly so perfect. I also loved all of the lines delivered in complete unison. Hilarious!
What I didn't like
I’ve been sitting here thinking for several minutes and can’t come up with a single critique!
My overall impression
As a lesbian ex-Mormon, I am quite literally the target audience. The show was hilarious, contemporary, and deeply understanding of the complexities that come with wanting to belong and have family/community but also needing/wanting to explore and be one’s true self. The writing, direction, and acting were all brilliant. I was laughing the entire time!!
