I thought this play was absolutely great. The actors did an amazing job portraying their characters to the point where I almost forgot I was watching a play. Their performances felt genuine and believable, which made it easy to become fully invested in the story.
The play was incredibly insightful and brought out real emotions, not only for the main character but for the supporting characters as well. I especially appreciated how it explored the main character’s motivations for working at the residential treatment center. While he was there to help others, it became clear that he was also trying to make peace with mistakes and regrets. The story touched on themes that many people experience in real life, which made it feel heartfelt and meaningful.
What I didn't like
There honestly wasn’t anything I disliked about the play. If I had one criticism, it would be that I wished it were longer. I would have loved to see more of the timeline and spend additional time with the characters because it felt like there was still more to explore. At the same time, I appreciate that some of those unanswered questions are left open to interpretation.
My overall impression
Overall, this was an excellent play. I felt completely captivated by the story, almost as if I were watching it unfold on television rather than on a stage. You could tell how much effort and dedication the actors and director put into the production, and it resulted in a memorable experience.
