What I liked

Wilson creates a fully realized character in Sister Bernadette: earnest, lovable, and endlessly entertaining; while showcasing an impressive range of comedic and performance skills. One of the show’s greatest strengths is how naturally she interacts with audience members without ever breaking character, making each moment feel spontaneous and personal.

My overall impression

Indiana Wilson delivers a stellar performance, keeping the audience laughing from start to finish with impeccable timing and effortless charm. I walked in with no idea what to expect and left grateful that I took the leap of faith. Beneath the laughs is a thoughtful exploration of identity and purpose, giving the comedy an unexpected emotional resonance. Short, sharp, and wonderfully balanced, Sister Bernadette is a joyful Fringe experience.
