What I liked
The performances felt incredibly authentic. These aren’t real people and yet I felt like I was in the same room with them, laughing along with them, and even praying along with them. The script committed to the bit, and the final crescendo was very earned. Minimalism at its finest.
What I didn't like
I don’t really have any complaints to give, but I suppose I was a little thrown off by the audience banter at first. Although I settled into the show’s energy as it continued.
My overall impression
An incredibly sweet, thoughtful and kind-hearted one-woman show that reels you in with sincerity and clean attitude that has felt absent from most modern theatre.
