What I liked
This was like one inside joke after another for anyone who’s caroled for any significant amount of time. Jim delivered the reality of the highs and lows of caroling with sincerity, wit, and humor. His acknowledgement of the importance of caroling is a call to arms. Great use of tech and props.
What I didn't like
Can’t think of anything he left out.
My overall impression
Jim’s insight into what it is to be a professional Christmas caroler should be an eye-opener for those who aren’t familiar with that part of entertainment. He covered the highs and lows, i.e. why every year, when the request for who’s singing this season comes in your email inbox, it’s a conflict to make this your last caroling season; the lasting connections you make; the wonderful, magical singing four-harmony; and, the importance of caroling to our humanity.
