What I liked

Extremely creative story line, deep commitment to the bit. Characters were fantastic. Actors were doing it all! Burt Thunders spiral into madness felt real and achievable. The way the story reveals that this man is already a foot off the ledge by the beginning of the show is fantastic. The way he so desperately tries to keep it together with absolutely no luck at all. The jokes are heavy the comedy is fierce. I loved the jealousy of the chef who’s restaurant burned down. I loved the reveal that technically the audience are hostages. I loved the desperate gambling. I loved LOVED FUCKING LOVED and truly mean this was my favorite part of the show, when Burt finally loses it. Just goes off the rails knows he’s done for and is left a shell of a man. That performance had me in tears laughing. the physical comedy Eric whips out in that moment was diabolical. It was beautiful. The momentum that this show builds throughout the entire process is just amazing.

What I didn't like

no notes. Who am I to judge such an incredible work of art.

My overall impression

This show absolutely blew me away. The entire cast lays it all out on the floor bringing you truly into this incredible storyline. Burt Thunders played by Eric Schinzer is a sight to behold. Its there will be blood, its Crank, its Bill O’ Reilly " fuck it we’ll do it live." I cannot stress enough how badly the world needs to see this. you will laugh, you will cry, you will say " what the fuck." GO SEE THIS SHOW!
