The Bone Lady was incredibly funny and thought-provoking. I don’t remember the last time I laughed so much at a play – the opening scene was especially funny. And yet, it gave me a different perspective on death, what happens to our bodies after we die, and how we are remembered- or rather forgotten. Don’t miss the Bone Lady!
P.S. The “after-program” notes are a must read.
What I didn't like
Even more Bone Lady!
My overall impression
Marie Sadd is a tour de force as an actor and a playwright. The acting was superb, and the chemistry between Marie and Ryan Lee was great. I loved the set – and those bones! I’m glad the program clarifies that they are not actual human bones, because they certainly looked like the real (old) thing.
