Trench was incredibly funny and well-acted. I wasn't sure what to expect other than a one woman show. What I got was a thoroughly entertaining, playful, and surprising experience. Watching Ann Loud switch between five very distinct characters and turn her performance on a dime was a big part of the fun. So glad I got a chance to see this performance and live in the nuances of each character.... full review

Ann Loud's Trench is an absolute delight! It's a fun and ambitious, one-woman submarine adventure in which Loud single-handedly plays a five-person crew giving each character a fully realized life and back story with seemingly effortless comic precision. Loved how minimal and graphic the production was and it still felt so rich and immersive! The lighting, language, and performance were all so lovely and I found myself completely swept up in the story.
