My overall impression
Unbelievable cast. You don’t usually expect this kind of professionalism at Fringe Festivals (at least I don’t), but this production was top notch. Funny, on-point writing, clean direction and most of all, a point of view. Multiple characters arcs, among the characters themselves, within their own lives, and then with characters appearing off-stage, give the piece a lot of depth. Conflict comes both from within themselves, between other members of the cast as they size one another up before the group, and afterwards, when they battle the pen company online. Brava for turning a bumbled marketing effort into a triumphant story about the human spirit.
