What I liked
I really liked how they made use of the single location and brought so much movement and physical comedy to the space. Not only was the dialogue smartly written but it was heightened by all the literal acrobatics that went into the performances by every single actor. Pure fun and heart from start to finish.
What I didn't like
I honestly don’t know what could be improved. The creativity and passion that went into this play was palpable and there isn’t anything I would change to it. It worked on every level and had the perfect and unexpected ending. Chef’s kiss.
My overall impression
I was very impressed by the scope, arc, and overall performance level of this play. The actors were all very talented and in tune with their characters. The physical comedy and blocking was perfection, and the writing was very smart. I loved the structure of the play, and how the writing made smart call backs to earlier jokes or plot points. A smartly put together and truly unique play.
