Incredible concept, tying relatable human emotions and giving them an unavoidable confrontational catalyst is a lot of fun to see unfold. The dialogue was creative and the performances were strong enough to match. Truly a creative and enjoyable time.
What I didn't like
I would love to see more from Andi’s perspective. I felt the realization of their love for each other was far too fast, and the second meteor ending felt like there was no plan for the conclusion. I would absolutely love to see this play written out into a two-act or 90-minute show. I think this has some incredibly strong legs.
My overall impression
A funny and engaging concept pulled to the finish line by its funny and charismatic dialogue. This one act was a bit repetitive in the format, and the ending felt abrupt and rushed but the lively characters and fleshed-out vision of the world around them kept me locked in from start to finish.
