What I liked
The production value given the constraints of the festival felt very impressive. The physical comedy so well choreographed.
What I didn't like
Nothing about this play could be improved but it does hold up a mirror to what could be improved about our gosh darn society! Amiright??
My overall impression
A one night stand under ridiculous circumstances though a reality not too far off from our own. Obee’s performance grounds this apocalypse comedy in a way that makes the audience feel they are surviving through it with her. The performance Terzakis is able to pull off while physically comprised is both hilarious and impressive. These two have written a great vehicle for their performance strengths and have crafted something wild, funny, and relatable. The supporting cast really helps with the world building and themes and turn in some scene stealing comedic performances.
