What I liked
From the first light cue, Johnson is a force to be reckoned with! Engaging and dynamic while still respecting the audience’s boundaries, I was not ready for this hilarious and shockingly real show. Johnson’s ability to work with an audience and roll with tech issues is phenomenal. She had me cracking up one minute and clutching my heart the next.
“Self-Help/Ted Talk Seminar” has become a robust subgenre for Fringe solo shows, but this one might be the only one I’ve seen where the performer’s pain was never a punchline. I don’t dislike shows where it is, but I’d never seen a show like this take the story in that direction before, and it really works!
What I didn't like
I wanted to hear more about how Johnson actually got her second husband!

Jackie Johnson is an accomplished comedian and expert storyteller whose tale will shock and astonish you—while tickling your funny bone!
