What I liked
The version of herself that Jackie presents here, in the trappings of a self help guru is so hilarious and charming. The honesty with which she approaches her story that’s stitched throughout this “seminar” is also commendable and important to the show’s success and why it works so fucking well. Her ability to make lemonade out of the shitty fucking lemons her first husband gave her is an absolute miracle and only a brilliant comedian could make it work as well as she does. Bravo!
What I didn't like
My ability to read a script. Otherwise, the show was perfect.
My overall impression
Jackie Johnson is brilliant and she shines so bright in this show. It’s hilarious, relatable, and actually excellent advice! As a soon to be second husband, I support this show and all it stands for.
