What I liked

The writing was smart and the principal actress (Kate) was extremely likable and kept my attention the entire time.

What I didn't like

Some of the actors (the landlord) seemed like they were in a different play or just reading lines they had learned

My overall impression

Quirky and clever! Unexpected – i really liked it
