What I liked
Albie is a true showman. He deftly walks a tightrope between humor and pathos. His anecdotes about the exciting career he built over decades establishing himself with The Mumms in 80’s Los Angeles (and around the world) is nothing short of awe inspiring. The original footage and photos are so fun to see. It was so cool to see Albie’s Journey from nerdy magic kid, to performance art superstar!
What I didn't like
The only thing I would consider is making those wonderful images larger so we can see more detail.
My overall impression
A fantastic theatrical experience! Albie’s quest to fulfill his dream of working with his idol, David Bowie, is an exuberant exploration of the joy and pain of seeking validation while discovering one’s unique gifts.
