This is an extraordinary life story worth listening to. It was funny, heartwarming, and incredibly entertaining. It is the reminder that dreams do come true, even if they aren’t exactly how you imagined. ...

This guy is a true raconteur!
His story telling skills are some of the best I've seen in theater. The amount of detail and pacing out the events of his extraordinary was mesmerizing. The profound take away for me was how a terrible childhood tragedy (briefly mentioned onced) set him on a course to pursue a dream, developing a fierce resilience while finding a way to keep that dream alive.....all the while having a blast of a life!
SO entertaining and moving...what a journey!

Albie has indeed led an extraordinarily adventurous life. I loved learning about The Mums, of which I knew absolutely nothing. I also loved learning of how David Bowie so deeply inspired him to dream and to trust in his artistic creations....

Engaging and endearing. Genuine connection between the performer and the audience. A strong story about many missed connections between himself and Ziggy Stardust....

David Bowie
Definitely a great time for fans of Bowie and those who followed him in the 70s and 80s. This show is a personal narrative- Albie essentially tells his life story through the lens of following David Bowie, and it's a fun ride through the glam rock era.
My mom would have loved every minute! Albie speaks a lot about how his troupe, the Mums, performed juggling, tightrope walking, and magic- the show contains a few moments of this but is 95% Albie telling his story. I would've loved to see more of those special skills, to transport us to his world, and also dazzle the audience....

FIVE STARS!!
A fantastic walk down memory lane of the music, fashion, hair and vibe of the late 70's and 80's! Albie Selznick shares an autobiographical journey of self- discovery and growth during this period as a successful artist, magician, juggler, actor and most importantly - a compassionate human being. A visit to the Magic Castle as a 9 year old, and the viewing of an SNL performance by David Bowie, provided the sparks for young Albie's lifelong pursuit of the arts.
In this one man show, Albie eloquently presents some hilarious behind the scenes anecdotes of his life in the entertainment industry, along with rare video clips and letters of his career with the Mums,
their work with various famous musical artists, and his ongoing efforts to me...
