I loved the simplicity of the set and direction combined with the richness of the descriptive writing and soundtrack. You didn’t need to be over inundated with technology. The story and acting gave you everything you needed. I loved the premise and execution of the story. It’s original and delightful.
What I didn't like
My only constructive feedback is to bring the background sound levels down slightly, especially in the beginning as we get accustomed to your voice in the space. (I went on opening night, so I imagine little things like this will get ironed out!) – other than that – NO NOTES.
My overall impression
I could have sat and escaped with Miss Beaumont and Master Joseph for hours more. It was charming, moving and hilarious. The writing is fantastic, the acting so much more. I was truly transported and I wish we could all have a debutante inside us at poignant points of our lives. Must see.
