Lyrical, beautiful, tragic, human. A nuanced, heartfelt, & surprising exploration of addiction, beautifully performed. Carolina Rodriguez and Michael Perlmutter are luminous in their complicated father/daughter relationship. Haunting, heartbreaking, funny! Starring the always thoroughly compelling and great Michael Perlmutter and Carolina Rodriguez! Directed by the great Ann Noble. Being a Dad and this being Dad’s Day weekend I found it particularly poignant . This piece is about addiction and all the ways in which addicts live desperate double lives - especially with family members.sometimes confessional, other times, confrontational, with the ever present tricksters beautifully comically portrayed by the riveting allure of Joyce Ha and Thoroughly game humor of - Brian Robert Harris It’s still got me thinking days later about the down the rabbit hole theatrical card game ..
