My overall impression
Lyrical, beautiful, tragic, human. A nuanced, heartfelt, & surprising exploration of addiction, beautifully performed. Carolina Rodriguez and Michael Perlmutter are luminous in their complicated father/daughter relationship. Joyce Ha and Brian Harris add a level of whimsy and depth as the rodeo clowns hovering in the background, interrupting and steering the story.
