What I liked
The wordplay was delightful, and the characters’ self-conscious approach was perfect for this material. The actors truly embraced the hard-boiled faux noir style, which made everything even funnier. The direction was effecient, effective and sensitive, especially in the very moving final moments when everything made a new sort of sense.
What I didn't like
It was all pretty terrific!
