I had no idea what the show would be like based on the description and didn’t expect so much interactivity, which was amazing. Todd was so quick to run with audience participation and answers, but also managed to continue to pivot to the play’s throughline and somehow integrate the two into a ridiculous and fascinating vision. I was riveted the whole time – never knowing what was going to happen next. Haven’t laughed that hard in ages.
What I didn't like
There were some tech issues but it actually made the show better – giving Todd more fodder for charismatic reactions and character building. Honestly this was an anything goes play – Todd could work with any issue, comment, late arrival, broken prop that came his way and it made the performance better for it.
