Perhaps a cop-out answer, but… all of it. It’s such a cohesive piece that I don’t think of any aspect as separate from the others. I don’t want to say too much, one, because I’m not particularly good at writing reviews, and two, because it’s a show that’s best experienced, not told.
The show sweeps you up and carries you through, with never a dull moment. Great job, guys, you made a hell of a show!

My overall impression
There isn’t a weak link in the entire show. The writing, directing, and performances are all fantastic. It’s not just great indie theater, it’s great theater, period. I was blown away by every aspect of it, and I’m not saying that lightly. It’s truly a remarkable piece of art. Highly recommend! :)
