Hot Yoga — skillfully written and wonderfully performed by Ruby Marker — is, as LA Magazine says, “not to be missed.” Marker uses comedy as a tool to tell a story about growing up in a small town, the performative “community” she encountered, the trauma she endured, and the unorthodox, deeply disturbing way she confronts those hurts when she faces her greatest disappointment yet.
