What I liked

This show really spearheads into the heart of why self-love is so important. In addition, this performer is insanely multi-talented. Can sing, can clown, can act. Impressive. Lighting, music, cues and production were likewise on point.

What I didn't like

Fringe does not let you skip this category, and I will be constructive, but there is little I have to say here. If pressed however, I would say it’s short! I was hoping for 15 more minutes! A longer, more explicatory journey to the point the character achieves self-love would be my wish. I’d even venture there’s probably enough material here to make this a 90 minute show (more about the Mother character, for example, and the childhood origins of the self-abandonment). Focusing specifically on this show however, I wanted the journey to self-love to be a little bit longer. It could be that the show was cut down to fit in the 45 minute time slot. Whereas with many shows you wish they would cut them down, it’s the opposite for this show. Great work, great message, and a universal call to action for every human being on the planet. Love thyself.

My overall impression

Extremely impactful. Funny. Holy shit she has a great voice, and her acting is excellent. I envy this performers’s talent.
