What I liked
The acting is the highlight here. Fantastic work by the cast!
What I didn't like
While the piece works and I highly recommend it, I don’t quite understand the fate of Frank and Mark. The sudden heart attack and choice to commit suicide doesn’t feel like a logical ending for these two. I’d like a more compelling ending on that front.
My overall impression
Pit of Hope is a very well written and well paced show. Steller acting throughout. It balances heart and humor and manages to leaves you contemplating the humanity of its characters in a very inhumane situation.
