What I liked

What I liked most is the way the show explores dating through race, gender, sexuality, and disability without losing its playful tone. Having one performer play both characters also seems like a block blast online clever way to show how different perspectives can still overlap.

What I didn't like

What could be improved is making the central story arc and emotional payoff a little clearer in the description. It would help to know more about how Russ changes by the end and what the audience is meant to take away from the experience.

My overall impression

My overall impression is that D.A.F.U.Q. – Dating Advice For Useless Queers sounds funny, personal, and thoughtful. The contrast between Kara’s polished dating advice and Russ’s real-life experiences creates a strong setup for both comedy and social commentary.
