What I liked

The set design perfectly supported every element of this production, providing interesting visuals without distracting. Could not keep my eyes off of TJ’s performance, incredible charisma to witness with a heartbreaking vulnerability. The writing of the piece was so well paced and dove deep on topics I really connect with. Overall just an incredible piece of solo work.

What I didn't like

Maybe the length of the quick changes but that is SO nitpicky. Just felt the absence of the performer onstage since they were so high energy but also, those quick changes probably were as fast as they could be and the music helped mitigate too much of the drop in energy.

My overall impression

This solo work made me laugh AND broke my heart. TJ’s ability to connect with the audience while balancing two characters was incredible to watch, we stayed with them the entire time.
