What I liked

I love comedy that comes from effective characterization, and the show practically deconstructs the disorientation and epiphany that makes a good joke. I also love art that explains a transcendent concept, especially one that cannot be simply defined in words. The face acting is great, the writing is witty, and the plot is well-foreshadowed.

What I didn't like

It’s very hard to do deep symbolism in a show with a reliable narrator. This show definitely does it, and does it well, (the scene holding the nightgown has so many layers of meaning) but the narration sort of made me think I wasn’t supposed to look for it.

Also, the concept of love is pretty overrated.

My overall impression

Good, funny, well-acted, well-written!
