What I liked

Loved the pre-show activity to fill out a dating card! Also, this is a unique POV dating story that is rarely, if ever, showcased in the theater. As a queer person, I also feel left out of the traditional dating world and find traditional dating advice so hokey. It was relatable to see that I was not alone in this struggle.

Teolinda seamlessly brought two opposite characters to life, making me genuinely care for both. I was engaged by the staging and the tension between the lead.

My overall impression

The production hooked me from the start, especially with the thoughtfulness and intentional choices made for the costumes, set design, and lighting, which were perfect. The creator, producer, and director really know how to create atmosphere. Loved seeing the actor play 2 opposite roles. Love the twist at the end!
