Deserving of consideration for Top of Fringe. It's so funny, tragic, and hopeful. Such an incredible and vulnerable exploration of dating while trans so perfectly personified through the contrasting characters of Kara (a cis white woman and dating advice columnist) and Russ (he/they) (a chronically ill, chronically single, Filipino/Dominican, Nonbinary, Bi guy.... full review

This show is a must-see for anyone who may have ever felt unloved, whether it be by society, someone you were in a relationship with, or your own body. I think any audience member, regardless of gender, will understand the experiences that Russ lays out for you, and if you're a queer person of color, the show digs even deeper. The ending was surprising. While I was laughing my ass off the entire time, nodding in agreement to everything that Russ said, I cried and wanted to hug myself and everyone around me (lol). Thank you for creating such a beautiful show. ... full review

The production hooked me from the start, especially with the thoughtfulness and intentional choices made for the costumes, set design, and lighting, which were perfect. The creator, producer, and director really know how to create atmosphere. Loved seeing the actor play 2 opposite roles. Love the twist at the end! ... full review

There were so many things that resonated with me from this show. I felt that though neither Rus nor Kara were exactly like me, I felt that a both had aspects that I felt very close to. This show had a lot of emotional depth but retained it's humor throughout. Very touching! ... full review

Fantastic! One of my fave shows I've seen thus far! Teolindo was very talented, and witty, switching between roles so effortlessly. It was poetic, funny, and human. The story had a strong through-line and a strong ending that really pulled it all together. I left satisfied and entertained.... full review

Truly breathtaking, powerful, empowering and well written and crafted beautifully with direction. TJ’s sincerity and honesty shines through and through to the audience. Larry’s direction is concise, ingenious and FUN. A true beloved play straight from the heart. This should tour the world to allow people that understanding humanity is inherent in our bones and replenishes our souls.... full review
