What I liked
Alex was so present and connected to the audience- his joy was our joy, and it created a really inviting and playful vibe throughout the show that made people want to participate. The looseness of his play was complimented beautifully by impressive technical elements like mime, choreographed dance, and detailed costumes and props which immersed us in the changing world of the show. By the end I felt close to Alex and close to everyone watching with me. It felt like we were all aspiring towards the same goals. Amazing stuff !

SHOGUN is a wonderful lesson in solo clown ! The way Alex engages the audience makes you feel you’re connected with him right from the start as he explores himself through outrageous, expertly crafted scenes and games.
